Forced Vibration Analysis Nanoplates Resting on Elastic Foundations Taking into Account Flexoelectric Effect

EasyChair Preprint no. 9382

Abstract

This paper uses the finite element method to study the dynamic response of nanoplates resting on an elastic foundation taking into the flexoelectric effect. The finite element formulations are developed from the improved shear strain theory, which has several benefits, including computation ease and the requirement for a shear correction factor. The requisite dependability of the suggested approach is established, and the effects of various geometrical, material and elastic parameters on the flexo effect's influence on the dynamic response is investigated. The findings of this study have a high reference value for the practical application of designing and using nanoscale structures.
