In traditional retail settings, manual price labeling and updating processes are labor-intensive, time-consuming, and prone to errors. The advent of ESL technology offers a promising solution to these challenges by providing a dynamic platform for real-time pricing updates and inventory management. Furthermore, this study addresses potential challenges and limitations of ESL adoption, including technological barriers, implementation complexities, and organizational resistance.
