Abstract

This contribution presents the training course aimed at primary, lower and upper secondary schools, carried out by teachers using a kit of materials prepared by experts and designed for each individual school grade entitled: Digital Citizen License. The initiative aims to intercept the youngest from the age group in which we know independent use of the network is widespread (9-15 years). Promoted and coordinated by the USR for Umbria, it is implemented and managed by a stable Working Group and supported by a Technical Scientific Committee. The structuring of the contents, organized in Modules, was guided by the need to provide a structured and progressive framework for the development of students' digital skills. In an era in which technology is pervasive in every aspect of our daily, educational and professional life, it is essential to provide young citizens with concrete tools for a conscious, critical and responsible use of digital technologies. The main reference framework that guided the construction of the modules is DigComp2.2.

Keyphrases: Competenza digitale, Progetto formativo, cittadinanza digitale
