ToSEE 2025: Shaping the Future: Digital Tourism and Sustainable Development Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, University of Rijeka Opatija, Croatia, May 15-17, 2025

It is our pleasure to invite you to the 8th International Scientific Conference "Tourism in Southern and Eastern Europe" (ToSEE 2025), which will be held from 15 to 17 May 2025 at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, University of Rijeka, Opatija, Croatia.

This year’s theme, "Shaping the Future: Digital Tourism and Sustainable Development", aims to explore the transformative impact of digital technologies on tourism while emphasising the importance of sustainable practises. Our aim is to encourage a dynamic exchange of ideas and support innovative approaches that can redefine the future of tourism in Southern and Eastern Europe and beyond.

Important Dates

• Abstract submission deadline extended to 19 February 2025
• Notification of abstract acceptance: February 21, 2025
• The full paper submission deadline has been extended until April 1, 2025.

Submission Procedure

• Log in to EasyChair using the following link: https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=tosee2025
• Once you are logged in, go to the main interface and click on the "Author" role to manage your submission.
• Under the "Full Paper – ver. 1" section, click on "Choose file", select your document in Word format (.doc or .docx) WITHOUT authors' names and upload it.
• Click on "Submit" to confirm the upload. After successful submission you will receive an email confirmation.
• If you are submitting a revised paper based on the reviewers' comments, highlight all changes in a different colour or use the "Track Changes" function in Word.
• After review and final acceptance of the paper, authors should submit a paper on EasyChair using the ToSEE 2025 conference template. Make sure it is in Word format (.doc or .docx), includes the authors' names, and is formatted according to the conference guidelines.
