Submission Guidelines

Formatting Guidelines must be aligned to the LNCS Guideline of Publication and as follow:

• Papers must be in English. The minimum number of pages for publication is 8, and the maximum number of pages is 12. We will charge 60 USD for each additional page, starting from page 13.
• Paper content must be original and relevant to one of the many conference topics.
• Authors are required to ensure the accuracy of quotations, citations, diagrams, maps, and the tables.
• Place figures and tables where they will appear in the text, making sure they are clear and easy to view.
• Papers must follow the format according to the downloadable template provided below.

The LNCS Guideline and the Consent to Publish Forms are outlined below:

Authors should consult Springer’s authors’ guidelines and use their proceedings templates, either for LaTeX or for Word, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers. In addition, the corresponding author of each paper must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form on behalf of all the authors. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once you send the files to Springer, you cannot make changes to the authorship of the papers.
