12th PRME International Conference on Driving Innovation for a Sustainable Future: Responsible Management in Action
IILM is pleased to announce the 12th Responsible Management Education International Conference, "Driving Innovation for a Sustainable Future: Responsible Management in Action," to be held on March 6-7, 2025, at IILM University, Greater Noida.
IILM University, Greater Noida, offers an integrated approach to learning across a broad range of disciplines, including Management, Law, Liberal Arts, and Engineering. The university empowers students and prepares them to navigate the complexities of a rapidly changing world through academic excellence, application-oriented research, and innovation. Recognized for its commitment to sustainability and responsible management, IILM is one of only 25 business schools globally to receive recognition under the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME).
IILM's journey in responsible management education began with its first international conference, "Responsible Management Education and Practice," in January 2014, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices. Over the years, these conferences have evolved, fostering valuable collaborations between industry and academia. In 2025, IILM will host its twelfth international conference on the theme "Driving Innovation for a Sustainable Future: Responsible Management in Action," scheduled for March 6-7, 2025, at IILM University, Greater Noida.
The objective of this initiative is to integrate responsible management principles with innovation-driven strategies to promote sustainable development. The conference theme primarily aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure) and 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). IILM University, Greater Noida, invites stakeholders from industry, academia, policymakers, and civil society to engage in discussions on sustainable innovation, corporate responsibility, cross-sector collaboration, and reducing environmental footprints.
In line with its core values, IILM has aligned itself with the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) initiative. This partnership reflects IILM's ongoing efforts to promote responsible management practices across educational institutions and corporate entities in India. The conference will serve as a platform for comprehensive discussions on the alignment between industry, innovation, infrastructure, and responsible consumption and production, as outlined by the United Nations. Through these initiatives, IILM is not only educating the leaders of tomorrow but also actively contributing to shaping a sustainable, ethical, and inclusive future for businesses and society.
Submission Guidelines
All paper must me submitted thorugh the easy chair portal.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
The manuscript should be submitted according to the following guidelines.
- All manuscripts should be submitted in word format including the authors names and affiliations.
- The manuscript should be thoroughly checked for grammatical or typographical errors before submission.
- Authors should ensure that the plagiarism score of their research paper is not above 10%. Manuscripts having a similarity score of more than10% shall not be processed.
- Maximum Word limit allowed will be 5,000 including references, graphs, charts and tables.
Paper Setup must be in A4 size with Margin: Top - 0.7", Bottom - 0.7", Left - 0.65", Right - 0.65"
- Whole paper must be with: Font Name – Times New Roman, Font Size 12, Line Spacing 1.0.
- Paper Title must be in Font Size 24, Bold, with Single Line Spacing.
- Authors Name must be in Font Size 11, Bold.
- Authors e-mail, and their Affiliation details must be in the Font size 9.
- Abstract and Keywords (Index Term) must be in Font Size 9, Bold, Italic with Single Line Spacing.
- The word limit for the abstract must be 150.
- All MAIN HEADING must be in Upper Case, Centre, and Roman Numbering (I, II, III…etc.).
- All Subheadings must be in Title Case, Italic, and Alphabet Numbering (A, B, C…etc.).
- Please follow the APA format for References.
