About the Conference The 2026 IEEE International Conference on Humanoid Robotics, Innovation and Leadership (HRFEST) is the premier Latin American forum that bridges the gap between advanced robotics research and industrial leadership. Hosted by the Universidad Nacional del Callao (UNAC) and financially sponsored by NFM Robotics, this conference gathers top researchers, industry leaders, and innovators.

HRFEST 2026 is currently processing its Technical Co-Sponsorship with IEEE Region 9. Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore digital library.

Submission Guidelines

• Review Process: HRFEST 2026 enforces a strict Double-Blind Peer Review process. Initial submissions MUST NOT contain author names, affiliations, or any identifying information.

• Format: All manuscripts must follow the standard double-column IEEE Conference template.

• Length: Papers must be submitted in PDF format and should not exceed six (6) pages.

• Originality: Submissions must be original work not currently under review by any other conference or journal.

• Abstract Registration: June 15, 2026

• Full Paper Submission: July 15, 2026

• Notification of Acceptance: September 01, 2026

• Final Camera-Ready Submission: October 01, 2026
