MEDICON 2026 is the 17th edition of the Mediterranean Conference on Medical and Biological Engineering and Computing, a premier interdisciplinary scientific conference co-sponsored by the International Federation for Medical and Biological Engineering (IFMBE) and promoted by the European Alliance for Medical and Biological Engineering and Science (EAMBES) and by the Associazione Italiana Ingegneri Clinici (AIIC). It serves as a leading platform for researchers, clinicians, engineers, and professionals to share cutting-edge research, technological innovations, and clinical applications at the intersection of medical and biological engineering, computing, and health technologies. The conference promotes collaboration across the Mediterranean region and worldwide, fosters scientific exchange, and supports the advancement of biomedical engineering to improve health outcomes globally.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another conference or journal. Papers accepted for MEDICON 2026 will be published in the IFMBE Proceedings (Springer-Nature), indexed in Scopus.

Each submitted paper must include an abstract, keywords, and a conflict-of-interest declaration.

Citations should be numbered; figures should be saved as TIFF with ≥600 dpi.
