This year's edition of the International Management Conference aims for collaboration and joint efforts among the conference participants toward identifying innovative managerial tools, methods, and solutions to navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving geopolitical landscape and reimagine global management for a more resilient and cooperative future.Academics, doctoral students and practitioners are invited to submit:
- Research papers presenting important new findings in the field;
- Case studies describing new developments in management field;
- Academic papers dealing with medium or long-term trends and predictions.
The conference will be organized in hybrid format, in Bucharest. In that case, both in-person and virtual participation will be possible.
The Conference debates will be structured into mini-tracks, covering topics such as Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Performance, Innovation Management, Knowledge Management, Strategic Management, Change Management, AI & Digital Innovation, Entrepreneurship, HR Management, Organizational Culture, Leadership, Behavioral Sciences, Communication Studies and Business Ethics, Communication Management, and Environment Management, among others.
Each participant can submit maximum 2 papers as author or co-author.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings (online with ISSN). The volume will be listed in RePEc and submitted for evaluation in order to be covered in the Conference Proceedings Citation Index – Social Science and Humanities (ISI Proceedings – Clarivate Analytics). All published papers have DOI.
Selected papers will be published in the journals of the Faculty of Management: Review of International Comparative Management (http://www.rmci.ase.ro/), Management and Economics Review (http://www.mer.ase.ro/) and Business Excellence and Management (http://beman.ase.ro/).
Conference Language: English.
June 30th, 2025: Deadline for submission of full papers.
First notification: Within 2-3 weeks from submission date (in most cases).
October 1st, 2025: Deadline for registration and payment of registration fee.
In case their paper was accepted, authors should register for participation to the conference. For papers with more than one author at least one of the authors should register. The organizers do not commit themselves to include in the Proceedings any paper received later than the deadline and that does not comply with the recommendations of the reviewers.
The duration of every presentation is 20 minutes. Authors will have 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and answers with the audience.

* Participant conference fee (author or coauthor) covers access to sessions, certificate of participation, and publication in conference proceedings or journals. In case of on-site attendance, the fee includes also the meal, coffee breaks, and the conference kit.
** Apart from the main participant, all coauthors who want to participate at the events during the conference will pay the corresponding amount.
Participants are responsible for their own travel and hotel booking and expenses.
