The rapid evolution of social media and education is offering innovative ways to improve knowledge and educational practice. Psychology and pedagogy both benefit from new media realities, which provide several inputs for designing innovative tools in educational settings. Social media communication can play a crucial supportive role in improving the quality and outcomes of learning.

ICS exchange aims at becoming a meeting point for researchers in education, psychology & communication, and to all those who work to make communication and education more inclusive. The Conference is expected to advance a set of scientific knowledge and methodologies of intervention that can be purposefully applied to the design and development of social media solutions that support people's well-being and personal growth.

ICS exchange engages researchers, practitioners, educational developers, entrepreneurs to address current challenges and advances in the field.

This Second Edition of ICS exchange is free, thus no fee is required. It is open to all researchers, including early stage researchers, that are encouraged to apply. Indeed, ICS exchange aims to promote a community of practice in this field, offering different perspectives from multidisciplinary fields (e.g., psychology, education, communication).

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:

• Paper submission deadline: 29 March 2024
• Acceptance notification: 29 April 2024
• Deadline for final papers: 30 September 2024
