ABOUT CONFERENCE
In the era of rapid technological transformation, where Artificial Intelligence is reshaping how economies function and organisations operate, the importance of human capital and innovation has never been greater. Recognizing this shift, the International Conference on Human Capital, Innovation and Sustainability (ICHIS–2026) on the theme “Human Capital and Innovation for Sustainable Economic Growth in the Era of AI” aims to bring together academicians, researchers, industry experts, policymakers, and scholars to engage in meaningful dialogue and knowledge exchange. The conference seeks to explore how skilled and adaptable human resources, supported by innovative and sustainable practices, can drive balanced and future-oriented growth in an AI-driven world. It provides a collaborative platform to discuss emerging challenges, share research insights, present case studies, and develop strategies that encourage responsible AI integration, inclusive development, and innovation-led progress.

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The authors are requested to follow the below mentioned submission guidelines
Abstract Submission Guidelines

Structure: The abstract should follow the structured abstract format, containing the following subheadings:

Purpose – State the purpose or objective of the research.

Design/Methodology/Approach – Describe how the research was conducted.

Findings – Summarize the key results.

Practical Implications – Highlight the implications for practice, policy, or further research.

Originality/Value – Explain the contribution and novelty of the study.

Theme Selection: Select the appropriate Theme → Topic → Sub-Topic before submission.

Title: Maximum 20 words, written in UPPERCASE.

Abstract Length: Maximum 250 words, clearly indicating the selected theme.

Keywords: Provide 3–5 relevant keywords.
