In recent years, the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering has experienced significant growth and evolution, driven by advancements in communication technologies such as 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT), and artificial intelligence (AI). These developments have led to the creation of more efficient and secure communication systems, as well as the integration of electronics and communication leading to the development of more sophisticated and intelligent devices and systems.

In this context, 2025 IEEE the 8th International Conference on Electronics and Communication Engineering (ICECE2025) will take place in Xi'an, China from December 26th to 28th, 2025. It is mainly co-sponsored by Xi'an University of Technology, Xi'an university and IEEE Xi'an BTS Chapter, technically co-sponsored by IEEE Xi'an Section, hosted by School of Automation and Information Engineering, Xi'an University of Technology. ICECE is an annual conference that was first launched in 2018 and has been held in Xi'an in seven years since then.ICECE 2025 aims to serve as a platform for researchers, academics, and industry professionals to exchange ideas and present their latest research findings in this dynamic and rapidly evolving field. The conference will cover a wide range of topics, including wireless communication systems, signal processing, and network security and privacy, among others. By fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing, ICECE 2025 will play a critical role in shaping the future of electronics and communication engineering.

Submission Guidelines

• Full Paper: You need to submit your full paper to us before submission deadline, which will enter the preliminary review and peer review system. And you'll be informed of the review status of your paper by the notification date. Then your paper will be published into the conference proceedings if accepted, plus you'll be entitled to present your paper at the conference as well.
• Abstract Only: You need to submit the abstract of your paper to us before submission deadline. The conference committee will perform a brief review, and you'll be granted the chance to present your paper if it passes the review. And for this registration category abstract would not be published. If publication is required, full paper needs to be submitted before submission deadline and accepted reviewed full paper will be considered for publication after registration.

Publication

All accepted papers in the regular oral presentation will be published in ICECE 2025 Conference Proceedings, which will be submitted for EI Compendex, Scopus indexing.
