Submission Guidelines for Abstracts, Papers, and Posters
Abstract Submissions
Abstract Word Count: 250–350 words
Formatting:
- Microsoft Word
- Font: Times New Roman or Arial, 12 pt.
- Spacing: 1.5 line spacing.
- Margins: 1-inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
- No images or tables
Online Submission: Submit abstracts through EasyChair submission portal. Accepted file formats include PDF and DOCX.
Poster Submissions
- 1–2 pages (including summary, key findings, and key references, no word count)
- Sans serif font
- Title displayed in 85 pt. font, authors’ names in 56 pt., sub-headings in 36 pt., body text in 24 pt., and captions in 18 pt.
Online Submission: Submit posters through EasyChair submission portal. Accepted file formats include PDF and DOCX.
Paper Submissions
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
Originality: Submissions must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.
Language: All submissions must be written in English and use clear, concise academic language.
Paper Format: Follow the conference-provided structure below (in Word format).
Length:
- Abstract: 250–350 words
- Full Papers: 3-4 pages (not including references, figures, and tables)
Structure:
- Title Page: Include the title, author names, affiliations, and contact information.
- Abstract: A concise summary (250–300 words) outlining the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords: List 3–5 pertinent keywords.
- Main Text: Organized into sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
- References: Cite all sources appropriately, following a standard citation style (e.g., APA, IEEE).

- Figures and Tables: Numbered sequentially with descriptive captions; ensure high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).

Evaluation Criteria: Submissions will be reviewed by Scientific Committee (below) and assessed based on originality, relevance to conference themes, methodological rigor, clarity, and contribution to the field.
You may do an oral or poster presentation of your research.
