The XXXIV International Scientific Conference “Educational Research and School Practice” (EDA2026) will be held this year under the theme Education in the Digital Age: Teaching Practices, Evaluation and Responsible Use of Technology.
The conference is organised by the Institute for Educational Research, Belgrade, in cooperation with the Faculty of Education, University of Belgrade, and the Faculty of Education, University of Primorska.
EDA2026 will take place on 20 November 2026 at the Faculty of Education, University of Belgrade, in Belgrade, Serbia. It aims to bring together researchers, teachers, and education professionals to exchange research findings, theoretical insights, and examples of good practice related to digital technologies, artificial intelligence, assessment, digital competences, personalised learning, inclusion, and the responsible use of technology in education.
The working language of the conference is English.
Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit an abstract relevant to the conference theme and thematic areas.
Submissions must meet the following requirements:
- The abstract must be written in English.
- The abstract should contain between 250 and 300 words.
- Original research papers and review papers should include a structured abstract presenting the following elements: introduction, aim, methods, results, and conclusion.
- Abbreviations and references should not be included in the abstract.
- The title should clearly reflect the content of the proposed presentation.
- Authors should provide their full names, affiliations, email addresses, and ORCID iDs.
- Each submission should include up to five keywords.
- Abstracts must be submitted through the EasyChair platform by 15 September 2026.
- All submitted abstracts will undergo peer review.
- Notification of acceptance will be sent by 15 October 2026.
- The working language of the conference is English.
- Each oral presentation will be allocated 20 minutes, including discussion.
Accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts. Following the conference, authors will have the opportunity to submit full papers for consideration for publication in the Conference Proceedings /Monograph.
