AIISG2025 is part of the 15th International Conference on Sustainable Energy Information Technology (SEIT-2025:http://cs-conferences.acadiau.ca/seit-25) . Aug. 4-6, 2025,Leuven, Belgium.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. AIISG-2025 seeks paper submissions from academia, industry, and government institutions presenting novel research on all theoretical and practical aspects of artificial intelligence innovation in smart grid, including design, analysis, test, experimentation, and fielded test systems.
The scope of the workshop encompasses all aspects of the artificial intelligence technology applications in smart grid, including generation, transmission, distribution, metering, e-mobility, and integration of distributed energy resources.
The number of pages for workshop papers is limited to 6 pages including all figures, tables and references..
All SEIT-2025 accepted papers will be published by Elsevier in the open-access Procedia Computer Science series on-line. Procedia Computer Science is hosted by Elsevier and on Elsevier content platform ScienceDirect, and will be freely available worldwide. All papers in Procedia will be indexed by Scopus and by Thomson Reuters' Conference Proceeding Citation Index. All papers in Procedia will also be indexed by Scopus and Engineering Village (Ei) . This includes EI Compendex. Moreover, all accepted papers will be indexed in DBLP. The papers will contain linked references, XML versions and citable DOI numbers. You will be able to provide a hyperlink to all delegates and direct your conference website visitors to your proceedings.
Paper Format:The submitted paper must be formatted according to the guidelines of Procedia Computer Science, MS Word Template,Latex, Template Generic, Elsevier. Refer to SEIT2025 for paper template information: http://cs-conferences.acadiau.ca/seit-25/#paperSubmissions
Paper Submission:The submission processes will be managed by easychair.org. Authors are requested to submit their papers electronically using the online conference management system in PDF format by the deadlines stated on the Important Dates webpage. If you have used this system before, you can use the same username and password.
