This workshop invites people from different cultures, backgrounds, and affiliations to explore the interplay of automated vehicles and other road users. The workshop emphasizes diversity in abilities, diversity, and inclusive or universal design solutions for the interaction of AVs and VRUs.
We welcome
- Researchers and practitioners interested in accessible technology, automotive user interfaces, and interactive technologies for blind or deaf people, people with reduced mobility (PRM), seniors, or people with other impairments.
- People from industry interested in inclusion searching for a platform to exchange.
- Anyone who wants to discuss to foster new ideas and approaches to make future traffic more accessible.

Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome:
- Position papers describing any research plan or activity, project ideas you wish to discuss or get into, or anything you feel the community should get into discussion about.
- Lightning talks are 5-10-minute presentations with optional slides.
- Interactive sessions if you want to investigate your position with others in a coordinated manner and you have an idea of what that might be.
